ABSTRACT
Music On Ice is a website that collects the music used by figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu in competitions or performances, and adds videos of the corresponding performances to each piece of music. The goal is to make it easier for Hanyu fans to listen to relevant music and watch videos online, and to increase interest for those who want to get involved in figure skating. I hope this website can let people know more about figure skating, a sport that combines music and sports.

BENCHMARKING
1. OBIETTIVI
The theme of the project is music in figure skating, which aims to make it more convenient for fans of Hanyu to listen to the music used by Hanyu, while for those who want to get involved in figure skating, the website aims to further enhance their interest.
2. TARGET UTENTE
The main target group of the website is fans of Yuzuru Hanyu and the secondary target group is people interested in figure skating.

But the navigation path of the site is not very clear, and when I use it, I often can't find the page I want to see directly through the menu bar. In addition, the site lacks information about music, which is an essential element of the figure skating program. Our website will collect the music used by Yuzuru Hanyu in a reasonable way so that people interested in them can find it.

3. LOOK AND FEEL

The "Avenir" font, which is sans-serif font, is heavily used in sites for headings and main texts. Although serif fonts are usually recommended in the main text, the reason why I also use sans-serif fonts in the main texts of the site is that sans-serif fonts feel smoother, freer, and more artistic, and the site is to promote music in figure skating, and I think the large use of such fonts is more in line with the artistry that the website wants to convey, and more in line with the "freedom" implied in music and figure skating - people have the right to express their emotions freely through music and sports.

And on the name of the music, I adopted "Kepler", which is a serif font, and I wanted to highlight the name of the music in the main texts, so I used a different font than "Avenir".

In terms of color, #0000FF used for website logos and titles, #FFFFFF for the main texts. The font color used to list the names of the music is #FAFAFA, which is very similar to #FFFFFF but more muted (almost milky white) than the latter, and more in line with the concept that I want to express "music is soft". The background color of the website is #8BB7CB, which is a more muted smoky blue. When deciding on all the colors to use, I considered the composition of the site's content, "music" and "figure skating," and the site's concepts of "freedom" and "art."

STRATEGY COMMUNICATION PLAN
BACKGROUND
This site has a clearer navigation than its competitors, and the creation of this site fills gaps or deficiencies in the music aspects of its competitors. In the "Music & Video" subpages, related music and videos are placed together, something that competitors don't do. In the "Useful Links" page, add official and well-known fan accounts (more than 2.8 million followers) whenever possible, so that website users can go directly to these sites without having to search for them again.

The purpose of the site is to collect and disseminate music from figure skating, so that fans can find and listen to it online. Similarly, the website can also serve as a hub for users to watch relevant videos directly within this website. Hopefully, 50 website views (Site sessions),
50 followers on Instagram and at least 20 likes on posts will indicate that the site has been promoted.
TARGET AUDIENCE E MESSAGGIO
The main target is Hanyu fans, and the secondary target is people who want to be exposed to the sport of figure skating. Since Hanyu himself has a world-class influence in figure skating, his fans range from 14 to 45 years old (although there are younger or older fans), and since these people are also major users of the Internet, I will mainly promote the website through the Internet. I hope that this website will help people interested in music in figure skating find them in the most convenient way and can watch relevant performance/competition videos right away. I also hope that users can feel the perfect combination of art and sports.
PROMOZIONE
Promotion will be conducted online. Mainly through social media, like WhatsApp, Instagram.

VALUTAZIONE DEI RISULTATI
Instagram shows that social accounts have exceeded their target number of followers (50), and the number of likes (20) on posts has also been exceeded. According to Wix's statistics, the number of website views (site sessions) has also reached the goal of 50. Happily, I also received expressions of love for the site.
In addition, I also shared my website project in my personal account on the Chinese social platform on the day of the data deadline, and brought the topic of "Hanyu Yuzuru", just some screenshots of the webpage, but in just half an hour, I got 26 likes, 7 comments, 1 retweet.
It was a pleasant surprise for me because I just wanted to share some screenshots and I didn't even attach a link to the website.
